I called to ask a question about honoring online deals in store (the app wasnt working). They said they couldn't hear me so after a bit I hung up. They left me a voicemail saying “it’s all gravely and skippy… what the hell?” Great customer service etiquette.

I ordered 2 party subs for my Grandmother's funeral and was told they would be ready the day of the funeral. Well that was not the case my daughter went to n pick up the order and was told it was not ready and she was treated very rudely by the staff and when she asked when the order would be ready she was handed a foot long sandwich and was told that was her order goodbye! I will never step foot in that place ever again I will drive 20 minutes to Brewer if I need subway that badly thanks for nothing and being rude and cruel during a difficult time for my family

Went there to grab lunch and order the meal of the day for 6.99 and got the counter and rang up over $13 I asked why it was that for the meal of the day and was told it was due to bucksport inflation and the prices haven’t been adjusted… $6 difference? Went to the one in Bucksport and the staff was really helpful and friendly when there ice machine was out they said instead I could take a drink from the cooler.

The prices change EVERYDAY!! One day it 9.54 next day its 13.98 thats same sandwich no extras. Also owner cant keep employees employed cause of the chaos of hours and not enough pay.

They no longer have simple chicken breasts but terribly salty-flavored rotisserie pieces. So... I ordered roast beef, but they were OUT OF roast beef. ???? Got my husband a chicken-honey spiced foot-long. With chips. Total: $17.
Subway used to be reliable and affordable. Not any longer. $17 for a sandwich and chips?
The sandwich-artist looked less than thrilled to be there. Didn't help the exchange.
Go to Hannaford -- get a baguette and some deli stuff. Cheaper and no attitude.

Tried to order a ham & turkey protein bowl. The young man working grabbed 2 Turkey and 2 ham slices. I said it’s the portion for a footlong, he said I was wrong, argued back and forth with me and was rude about it. I get this protein bowl at various locations, including Bucksport under previous management, it’s always the portion for a footlong. I even googled it standing it line and he still argued with me. Left without a protein bowl and not likely to go back.
It’s kinda crazy how every time I order from this place I get at least one sandwich that’s made completely wrong. It’s kinda sad that your one job is to make a sandwich and you can’t even do that proficiently. Good luck find a job easier than that to calm your smooth brains

Second time ordering online for pickup, and both times our order has been delayed in being made and we had to wait over 15 minutes to receive our order. When it’s not very busy and online orders should be taking priority over walk in customers.
And each time we place an order for our subs to be toasted, they never are and are cold.
Well let me tell you. Second time I’ve been there not impressed. Messed up my order again. Ordered an Italian got some of my veggies and only bologna. No oil no nothin. Not happy. Same with my wife’s order. She ask for 50% more meat in hers and got nothing in her for meat. I love subway but not this store.

Went with a medium sized group and while we expected a wait, we waited for two hours for not even everyone to be served, which is unacceptable. Hair found in food, no hand washing or hair nets used by staff, staff was rude, only one employee out front working even though there was 2+ in the back, ran out more ingredients, food not fresh and/or not cooked through, most orders messed up, when we tried to call customer service, no one picked up.
Dietary restrictions: Ran out of everything one of the members of the group could eat and was very rude about it.

More recently there’s a new GM who actually cares about customers and their food quality, there’s been more varieties of bread available, and the sandwiches are made with care and great satisfaction.
