Hate to say that we were NOT really happy with our experience.We had my sisters 40th Birthday at the Roost and were told that if we wanted food at the party, we HAD to pay for catering through them and could not bring in any other food, with the exception of the cake.We selected a food package we thought everyone would enjoy.In total, for everything, it was $3,000.For up to 40 people.The party was great!! We had an amazing time.. We were mingling and dancing and just having a blast!Getting close to the end of the event, there were a few of us who hadn't had much to eat because we were so busy during the party and wanted to bring some food home..Since there was SO much food leftover we were like yeah of course! Take some! EAT IT UP!!NOPE. Can't do that.You CAN'T take anything home.The food you pay for.The food WE PAID for..Paid A LOT of money for.We couldn't take it home.That really upset us. But what made it worse was when the people who catered the event TOOK FOOD HOME THEMSELVES!!THEY TOOK OUR LEFTOVER FOOD.. THAT WE PAID FOR.. HOME!!!But we couldn't ?

Incredible experience! Took our order VERY last minute (my bad for planning so late) and provided the best chicken parm, sausages and meatballs with peppers and onions, mac and cheese, and garlic mashed potatoes! Will absolutely be having all our future events catered by personal touch!

Their bar service was second to none! We booked them for our wedding recently and their prices/selections were great! We had a pretty large group (rowdy too) and no one had to wait very long to be served. They are responsible and made our night fun and safe for everyone. HIGHLY reccommended
