The pub food is decent and with nothing else around not a bad choice to pop in for a drink and dinner to check out. Regular events like corn hole and trivia that will always have the same people consistently. For lack of places to go skips is still a go to suggestion for me but only for the lack of other places to go. Came to Skips after driving all day from New York for a vacation in Maine. Super glad we came here! Food was great, and the staff were excellent. To Roger, thank you for welcoming us New Yorkers to your place! Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be coming back!
We were in Maine on a vacation (we are from NY). We saw this place when we were looking up food places. Really glad we came here. The place looked cool, food was great and the staff was excellent!! The owner Roger greeted us and talked with us for a bit. Very welcoming. If we are ever in the area again, definitely going back.
