Rude man working behind the cash. Asked if they made fresh subs here he replied with “there’s subs right there, if it’s not there we can make it” we wanted a fresh sub and not one with all the hot peppers on it.

I generally like coming to Freshies in Calais, Me. but one particular cashier, Chris? with a white beard showed total disrespect. After losing my cool outside I was informed of his racist ways. All I wanted was gas. He totally ignored me. After asking which register he was on he pointed to the register not making any effort to approach it. I asked if I could get some gas and with total reluctance he finally came forward. If you're working with the public your gonna face the public. BLACK WHITE YELLOW AND RED PUBLIC. GET OVER YOUR RACIST ATTITUDE IF YOU'RE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC. ?

Decided to read the reviews before i posted mine. Not even going to bother since it seems that they know about the rude unhelpful employees and they don't do anything about it. I'll go to Pembroke! That location is so much better anyway.

Car wash only takes payments inside. No sign, waited in line for 30 minutes, could not pay, obviously, had to get out of line. But inside, one, gray beard, unhelpful on the edge of rude. Even though I have a shell discount card, I'll go elsewhere.

Currently live in NB originally from Saskatchewan. Since moving to Maritimes have had no luck finding good pizza. Friend suggested Freshies in Calais Maine. Went there today. Nice place very clean and pizza is delicious. 1 complaint is the staff. From the lady working pizza side and the man on the register. Both were very rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming Both made me feel I was bothering them by placing order. Alrhough pizza was good I wont be returning

I like the wraps and one of the managers there is very kind…. However, the guy at the cashier who is working most of the time is literally one of the rudest people I have ever encountered in my life. He has a really negative attitude all around. I have never seen him smile or ever thank a customer. So, personally I would choose to do my business elsewhere for this matter alone.

Picked up a small pepperoni piza today at 3.30pm got it home and it was raw dough realy not happy need to train you pizza person to cook a waist of 6 bucks threw it out
