“We had the Fish & Chips and Fish Burger. They were excellent; large fillets of haddock that filled the plate (not triangular or square cuts of fish). Choice of fries or salad. Homemade coleslaw and tartar sauce. Lovely ambience with gas and electric fireplace stoves. Quiet background music that made conversation easy. The selection of menu items going to nearby tables looked delicious too. Staff were very attentive. No long waits. Highly recommend. We will be back.”

“I always enjoy Joe’s. Pizza brings back memories of local pizza shops of years ago. Good value for price. Just wish they had the TVs working with the current New England sport game (Patriots, Bruins or Red Sox)”

“The lobster subs are great and the price can't be beat! I also loved the old country music they were playing when I stopped in. I was sad that they were closed when I tried to visit on Columbus Day, but I hope to get back to Calais for another great sandwich someday.”

“Hands down the best bakery in Charlotte County. Yum-O Bakery has the freshest bread. Everything is made by hand with the freshest quality ingredients. Some of our favourites are the cupcakes, and the peanut butter balls are out of this world. Also, Yum-O bakery takes custom orders. I order all our birthday or event cakes from Yum-O Bakery. The custom vegan cakes are incredible and they have the best vegan gingerbread cookies I've ever tasted.”

“My husband and I tried the Calazone with pepperoni, mushrooms, and onions, and it was fantastic the best calzone I have ever tried hands down. It was perfectly proportioned the ingredients, and there were slits pretty wide cut on the top which made the calzone even better by cooking ingredients inside which I have never had like this before but always wished other places would follow suit. The ricotta was also proportioned well. We did take out, but the atmosphere is a kid friendly environment, with video games, etc. From what I could see. Overall, it was ? great food at Linda's NY Style pizza ? ? worth checking out.Parking: Parking is located on 2 sides of the building and gets crowded.”

“I made my first visit here after 7 years living in the town, after a friend had raved about the food since new ownership took over. The fish and chips are legit. It’s rare they get both right, but some of the best fish I’ve had anywhere.”

“I drive 45 minutes, and then cross the border to stop at this Tim Ho's. Never once have I regretted that decision. The food is 2-3x better than any American Tim Ho's, and the staff are consistent and friendly! “My Grandson and I were last there Sept 2023, he said then "best pizza he has ever had. " we were seated at same booth today as then, and his comment was exactly the same. He is 13. I concur in his opinion.
