After a few failed attempts at a nicely toasted Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich, they got it right.. A simple, private message to the manager and it was taken care of. No bashing or calling out on social media, just a simple old fashion - what will it take?
If you received bad service in the past, give them a try again. If you receive bad service again, respectfully talk to the manager. It will get resolved.

Dunkin' offers a mixed experience, with great staff but inconsistent food quality. While the original glazed donuts are delicious, other varieties can be dry and lacking in flavor. The refresher drinks are overly sweet, though they improve as the ice melts.
