Everything from when we entered the restaurant until we left was top notch. Very welcoming, excellent service and delicious food. Prepared and cooked to perfection. Don't miss the opportunity to enjoy the Blue Barren!

Stopped in on a sunny (but cool) Friday afternoon l! Had a couple craft cocktails with Blue Barron products and tasty appetizers!! Jeremy at the bar took great care of us!! May be one of our new favorite Camden hangouts!!

Barren's Distillery + Restaurant offers a cozy ambiance with amazing views, making it a lovely place right on the harbor of Camden. The restaurant serves high-quality drinks made with in-house spirits, including a wide choice of gin and tonic. The menu features delicious options like lobster bruschetta, which is a highly recommended combination, and homemade pretzels, along with New England chowder. Many customers have enjoyed the fresh oysters from Isleboro and highly recommend the Pink gin. The food is top notch and delicious, including the nachos, mussels which were so fresh, and the haddock chowder that was not too salty. The garlic cream sauce for the mussels is decadent and perfect. The atmosphere is praised, especially when sitting on the deck to enjoy the gorgeous harbor view. The staff is friendly, fun, and attentive, providing excellent and nice service. Overall, Barren's is a great spot to return to for its tasty food and fantastic views.
