I was greeted by two men who wanted me to pay a cover charge. I asked why and they said there was a band starting at 7. I said it's only 6:30, can't I just have a drink at the bar? He said you got 20 minutes. (I actually had 30) He went so far as to follow me to the bar and tell the bartender to charge me the $5 cover if I stayed longer than 15 minutes!! I would have ordered two drinks and food, eaten and left within the actual 6:30-7:00 timeframe and spent probably $30+tip but instead I walked out because he was hounding me for a potential $5 that I didn't owe yet. Bad customer service
