My Spanish stew was a perfect fusion of the classic home style my Spanish grandmother served combined with insistent and subtle flavors that reflect the touch of a chef that cares deeply about flavor. The pimento stuffed olives were a perfect addition to the broth. My son's generous portion of fresh fish with panko coating on a bed of fresh lettuce also reflected attention to detail. Small restaurant with fresh and flavorful dishes. We shared Mexican Street corn dip/chips, fresh pico de gallo/chips and corn zucchini fritters. First the chips - freshly made and salted to perfection, thin, crispy and warm! The corn dip and pico were both devoured as they were spicy and flavorful. We have been to mosaic several times and each time it's absolutely amazing. Great food. Amazing ppl. Killer service w a smile n laugh. Enchiladas were amazing. Paella is killer but the homemade tortillas is what makes the tacos!!
