A hidden gem that shouldn’t go under the radar. The small restaurant makes for a great family-like atmosphere. As a Mexican, I’m always a bit skeptical about Mexican-inspired cuisine, but this makes me reconsider my approach. The chips and salsa, are a must. They perfectly balance of introducing new spice levels to their salsas while each standing uniquely of their own. The panko fried fish bowl is fantastically paired with the chipotle aioli and mango salsa, the only shame was that I couldn’t finish it all because they load it with so much food (not complaining!). Safe to say they earn my patronage again, and I’m looking forward to it!

I am so grateful we found this restaurant while we were vacationing in Camden 4th of July weekend this summer! Everything about our experience was wonderful.

We were staying at a bed and breakfast in town, so it was a quick 5 minute walk for us. Upon stepping inside, I was immediately taken with the decor (especially the artwork), the delicious smells, and the really nice vibe.

There were 2 seats available at the bar so my husband and I snagged those. We love meeting new people and we had a chance to chat with a group of 3 young men who were also visiting the area.

The restaurant is owned and operated by a husband and wife team with the husband running the bar and the wife in the kitchen creating phenomenal food. He was very friendly and easy to talk with as we waited for our dinners.

Our appetizer was an order of chips and salsa. Hubby ordered the carnitas tacos and loved them. I chose the veggie paella special and am so glad I did. Absolutely outstanding and enough there easily for 2 to split it. I also had an horchata to drink. Everything was perfect and flavorful.

This was one of my favorite meals from our 2 week vacation. I only wish we didn't live in another state 6 hours away! If we are back in the area, we will be sure to stop here again.

Highly recommend you do the same. Try making a reservation if you can. There are a limited number of tables and this is a popular place with both locals and visitors.

Awesome surprise in an unassuming storefront. The hostess squeezed us in at the bar on a busy night, the drinks were finely crafted (Mezcal Negroni! 🙌), and the food was complex and beautifully prepared. Will be back.

“Mosaic Restaurant” - a family run business, with quirky local artist works on show. We came across this restaurant during our visit to Camden, Maine. We would be regulars if our drive wasn’t 6hours one way! Best dinner we’ve had since being in Maine. Staff super friendly, and we were able to reserve a table before hand. It’s a very popular spot. Delicious menu. For starters, we shared a special dish tuna tostadas. Mains, my husband had chicken enchiladas with rice and beans. I had Korean BBQ beef bowl with sour cream. Desserts: key lime pie (to die for) & Newman’s Own Organic black tea (perfect as it kept me warm - we got soaked on the way to the restaurant!) There is a bar with seats, we got a table seating. Clean restrooms upstairs. On the road parking available, if I remember correctly it’s 2hrs free parking. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time and will be back!

Excellent all around. The cocktail menu is excellent, with ingredients chosen for quality, not popularity. (Must get: the mezcal negroni: amazing use of bitters!) The paella was outstanding, and made for a great meal for 2 with a shared appetizer and a couple of desserts. The dessert to get: the key lime with cookies is superb.

Mosaic had some pleasing hits, but unfortunately, hard misses. The appetizers started off great. We had the Mexican corn dip and the bluefin tostada special. The dip was good and came with freshly fried tortilla chips - our toddler was all about the chips. The bluefin tostada was well-dressed, fresh, and delicious. We would order that again. For entree, we had a pork carnitas quesadilla and the chicken tinga tacos. The carnitas were astonishingly bad and very non-traditional. Overly sweet, too wet, and odd assembly with whole kidney beans (???). The menu says all the right things for this dish, but it feels like they had a new cook or something who made something up entirely, and it was bad. The tacos came to the table drenched and soggy, incapable of being eaten like tacos right off the bat. We barely touched the tacos and I ate half the quesadilla out of hunger. The appetizers are really carrying the 2/5 food rating.

Pretty sure when we left the restaurant, there were other customers talking outside about how off the carnitas were.

I had the panko breaded fish taco salad. It was amazing! Loved everything about it, the mango salsa, the fish, everything was delicious. The menu prices were shockingly high for the amount of food you recieved, but it was delicious!
