Great restaurant. Arrived on new years eve at 6, got a table about 6:30, by the fireplace in a quiet corner. Had a delightful lobster fritter and clam chowder, with a unique blueberry soda. Highly recommend.
We visited Camden in early December, 2025 just as the local holiday festivities were starting. Wonderful area, particularly to experience the magic of the holidays. Lots of fun events and convenient to take day trips to many other wonderful areas of Maine.
The fried haddock sandwich we had here may have been the best meal we had in Maine, and that's saying a lot because we had a lot of fantastic seafood while in Maine. If you're thinking this sandwich is anything like any other fried fish sandwich you've had, you would be wrong. It's impossible to overstate how wonderful it was. And the views from our table on the deck? Some of the best anywhere! The only negative part of the experience was the very long wait....
