French influenced restaurant with a large, heated overflow tent. There Is good but abbreviated wine list. This is not a full service restaurant; table service was good. The Shrimp Dumplings are very good, just crisp on one side. The Shrimp and Grits are slightly spicy, the andouille was a little chewy. The shrimp Linguine has a lot of textures and flavors and was perfectly prepared.
My husband and I shared four dishes and they were all delicious—the dumplings, spring rolls, lobster fritters, and the lamb chop special. I appreciated the no- to low-dairy choices that were still packed with flavor. We also shared a reasonably priced bottle of Chardonnay. The dining room is a warm and inviting atmosphere. Service was excellent. We were seated promptly at our reservation time.
This is a top of the list restaurant in the area. Exceptional service, warm ambiance and delicious meals.
