Educate the staff on basics please.. cover on hot black coffee wasn’t on tight & I burned the hell out of my hand taking the cup at drive thru this morn .. the older woman was unapologetic & barely wanted to hand me a napkin. I’m all for supporting food service workers but in this case it’s easy to see why a 50 yr old has the job of a high school student

Always a pleasure stopping here, though it's not often at this particular place but I've had no problems and the bathrooms have been pretty clean and well kept so that's a huge plus because I've seen other places that have really poor skills at keeping one clean and just plain gross

Small town Dunkin here. Service 80% of the time is super slow, so you go there with that expectation and then it won't be that bad. Tough times right now trying to find good help.

Had to do a mobile order while standing in the store because my daughter and I stood for several minutes being ignored by the 4-5 people standing there.. then had to get a bagel that we didn't want because they were out of plain, would have been avoided had they bothered to take my order at the counter.
