Educate the staff on basics please.. cover on hot black coffee wasn’t on tight & I burned the hell out of my hand taking the cup at drive thru this morn .. the older woman was unapologetic & barely wanted to hand me a napkin. I’m all for supporting food service workers but in this case it’s easy to see why a 50 yr old has the job of a high school student
