The Well is an incredible experience every time. Book in January for the coming summer and then enjoy a perfect, locally sourced chef's tasting menu in a gorgeous farm setting. Great food, great service, great atmosphere.
Most of the paving contractors I've worked with simply don't care about you. However, these guys are way different. They spend time discussing your project requirements and are very friendly.
Course 1 was essentially a standard salad. The tomatoes were fresh but otherwise the dish did not impress me. Course 2 was pan seared halibut. The fish had a crust, and the corn was flavorful but a bit too sweet. Course 3 was a small risotto that tasted like regular rice in a broth. It was a bit lackluster. Course 4 was lamb and it was the largest course. The lamb was pressed and would be difficult to distinguish from pulled pork. This dish was disappointing. Course 5 resembled...
