Visiting Caribou with my mom and was pleasantly surprised to see a brewery across from my hotel. Northern Maine Brewing Company did not disappoint. The service, beer and food were all amazing. Our waitress was super patient and helpful to my mom who is gluten-free, answering all her questions about the menu. It’s proving to be a bit challenging to find gluten-free options in this area so we were thankful they were able to accommodate. Definitely check this place out if you haven’t!

I had my first experience with NMBC a couple of weeks ago. It was incredible. I had cheddar bites for an appetizer. They were honestly a little on the greasy side but tasted great. I never order haddock in a restaurant because it's usually tasteless, but the Haddock Weaver came highly recommended so I tried it. It was the best haddock I've ever eaten. It was truly delicious, as were the loaded cheese fries and even the veggie was wonderful. Service was good, atmosphere was nice....read full review
