Hit up this BBQ spot after a full day riding at Sugarloaf and it was exactly what we needed. Warm, hearty, and seriously tasty—especially the sides. Those beans? Next level.

Came back later for open mic and the place was alive with good vibes and great music. Not exactly a hidden gem—more like a well-loved local favorite, and now we totally get why.

We’ll definitely be back.

Cheap beers and good music! Always a great stop at Sugarloaf! 🤙🔥🎉🎈

By far the worst burger I’ve ever had and my 10 year old would agree. Our burgers were still cold when we ate them. My $24 cheese burger was the same (still) frozen patty as my kids $12 burger (off the kids menu). Can’t say I’ll ever be buying food again here again. Last time I was here the Jalapeño poppers were also terrible; the worst I’ve ever had. BBQ sauce is $2 extra. The fries are decent though. The bar’s pretty sweet. Atmosphere is good. The bathroom line is a mile long. If you’re here to drink and you don’t care if someone watches you pee.. you’ll be happy. If you’re here eating dinner with your family you’ll be very disappointed.

Great place to see an amazing band play! Great atmosphere, good service and drinks. And super safe, good feel here.

Party of 4 dined on a Sunday at 6PM. we were seated in the backroom with mostly families with very small children. That backroom is disgusting. It is dirty with a large projection tv from 1985 playing old videos at max volume with distorted sound. The bright spot of our experience was our server who was very pleasant and efficient. The food was not good.... For starters, We had the seafood chowder, a caeser salad, beet salad and some wings. How can you screw up wings? allmofmour apps sucked. For dinner we had fish and chips, ribs, a pastrami reuben, and a burger. Nothing was good. Stay away from this place especially the back room. Go to the bag instead which is awesome.

Very cool place! When you go, you HAVE to get a picture in the gondola. They have an extensive menu, their house sauce is delicious. They don't take reservations, it's first come basis, so be prepared to wait. You can get some drinks and sit upstairs til your table is ready. Or you can bring your family downstairs where the kids can play arcade type games (there's a change machine for quarters for the games). No matter what you choose to do, you won't mind the wait.
The bbq platter is a big portion, very filling, and the sauce choices are delicious. They know how to make a good pizza, and you can even pick your own toppings. Some nights they have live music.

Fantastic food with a wicked fun atmosphere. The Rack is a Sugarloaf staple with seriously some of the best food around. Year round dining, ample parking, arcade, pool table, live music and a wicked menu! They even are available for private parties!

My friend came to this establishment with his valid Canadian ID which was used for three nights with no issue. However, on the last night of our stay he tried to stay later at the bar and the bartender said his ID was fake. They took it from him didn’t scan it and said that the cops were coming to sort the issue out. We waited patiently for the cops to arrive but no one came. We then ask about the wait and they said that he would have to go pick it up from the police station another time. Since we were leaving early that next morning we couldn’t recover it. DO NOT COME HERE WITH YOUR CANADIAN ID.

If you’re Canadian don’t use your valid Canadian ID when buying liquor. They took my valid ID and claimed it wouldn’t scan and it was fake after serving me alcohol for 3 separate nights. And when they said the police were coming to sort the situation we said we were gonna wait for the police, then they claimed the police weren’t coming and we had to pick it up at the station another day. The service including the server and bartender was quite rude when we were politely trying to figure this confusion up. If visiting Sugarloaf I would recommend a different dining establishment.

Our group got burgers and they were dry. I shared the bbq platter. The food was literally burnt. The ribs were inedible. The meat portions were small. One person got sweet potato fries and they were black. The waiter and staff were all great and they had a decent beer selection but I will not go back.

Good service, and great atmosphere with the live music and full bar. Was under impressed with the food. Burger was okay minus them forgetting to take blue cheese off but the mac and cheese was a horrrrrrrible version of alfredo pasta. For a $6 upcharge I was expecting something good. Literally tasted like box noodles with store bought alfredo sauce.

Do not order sours or ciders on tap, cans only. I've been up all night with stomach issues. The bartender tried to tell me that is what a sour tastes like, she didn't see me see her spit it out. I guess they believe deaf people are really dumb. The food is meh, for 16 bucks i got the chili which was more greasy than meaty. The people next to me ordered pizza which was overcooked. What a waste of $30 for a beer and chili.

Open Mic night was awesome. The guy running it actually knows how to mix a live sound. Great atmosphere!

The hostess could not be more rude… I will never be back at this hell hole

Jeez this place has gone downhill faster than Bode Miller at the 2010 Winter Olympics. It would be generous to call the food mediocre. Our table ordered pulled pork, brisket, a burger, chicken tacos, and chili. 5/5 fail. You're better off driving to Farmington for McDonald's or KFC and you'll be back at the Loaf sooner than your food would arrive at the Rack. Update 1/4/25: Went for drinks at 8. Myself and many others started getting turned away at the bar at 9 unless we paid the cover (that started at 9). So instead of ordering another round (which the bar would've gotten tips for), I had a water and hung around. First off, if you're at an establishment before the cover, you don't pay a cover. Second, the band didn't even start playing until 9:30 so I would've been done with my drink and left by the time the band played.
