I cannot begin to say enough about our delicious Supper at this gorgeous historic Inn. We were greeted as we entered this beautiful Inn by a smiling handsome young man (im so sorry I did not get his name) who seated us outside on a delightful porch where we were surrounded by lovely potted flowers. My wife and I stayed at the Pentagoet for five nights for our honeymoon in Castine. We could not have imagined a better hotel or location to spend the week! Our room and the rest of the inn were well decorated and clean. Our view of the bay from our window each morning meant waking up was a reminder to relax and soak in the place. The food was top-notch and all the staff treated us so kindly.

My husband and I came for dinner and loved both the food and the place! We ate out on the pretty porch. My husband’s lobster linguini was delicious, and my mushroom faroe with roasted vegetables was terrific!
