Daily customer will no longer be stopping here, training is horrible, today took 15 mins to get my order and I was the only one in drive-through, this location needs serious help , and the mess up your order 1 out of 3 times regularly

The made the coffee correctly thankfully but LITERALLY watched the girl pick a couple hash browns off the FLOOR and put them in the toaster .......

It's a great little Dunkin in a gas station. There are a few tables to sit at to eat. Staff is always friendly and service is usually spot on. When they get busy, things get rough but it's usually pretty steady.

This place has got to be they slowest Dunkin Donuts of all. 3 cars in line me being the 3rd car and it takes over 20 minutes just to be able to place your order. Corporate Dunkins needs to look at this stores drive thru times, it's totally unacceptable.

I did an online order, so I was stuck at that point. I sat in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. Never doing this again. No easy way to cancel the order in the app either. So you are pretty much their prisoner. Such bad service.
Don’t bother stopping if you are in the area. Most of the time they will turn you away and tell you they are doing Mobil orders only. If they are willing to serve regular customers, you will wait a long time. They once told me inside that they were only doing drive through, so I drove around just to be told they were now doing Mobil only. I’ve never wasted so much time at a Dunkin just to leave empty handed. They will just turn you down, how long does it take to make a coffee? Why not serve people that are already there?

Change in manager means change in service. Drive through opens at 430. Was told at 445 they weren't open yet and had just turned the oven on. They nuked the bagel bites and I burned my mouth but they don't care.
