Cant get a coffee right, because they're so focused on keeping their drive through time down even though you up sitting at the window for 5 min anyways. Quantity over quality at this location for sure. Maybe don't be so rude and rushy. How do you forget the flavor in the coffee?

Wife stood in line for at least 10 minutes before I went to see what was taking so long. Staff ignored her standing at the counter the whole time. Finally asked if they could take our order and the reply was drive through only. Well they surely say people standing and waiting but did not even acknowledge us. Also never seen so many flys inside a place selling food. Do not recommend eating from here unless you like flys crawling all over your food

The lady at the front counter taking our order was extremely old. Not that that's a problem but she obviously couldn't perform well because of that, she had to put on reading glasses when looking at the register and then proceeded to repeat herself multiple times when taking our order. Our food came out suspiciously fast and lo and behold only half of our order was in the bag. She had cleared our order off her screen as if it was finished then proceeded to make a drive thru order and after that was complete disappeared for 5 minutes so we couldn't even ask. She a quite literally vanished into thin air. Finally the old hag comes back and I confront her about how our order was not finished. She proceeds to stare at us like she can't comprehend what we're asking about our order. She asks us about 5 times what we got from our order after we had already told her. She had such a dazed look on her face. She slowly turns around and started making our food at .1 speed I thought a tortoise had taken her place. She then took about 5 years to get 8 strips of bacon out of the container. After she makes it she douces it in so much honey you would think I'm a bee. Then she didn't even know where the bagel minis were like she hasn't ever worked there, finally asks someone for where the bagel minis are and after an extra 10 minutes our order was complete. I am so appalled at how EXTREMELY BAD South China Dunkin' has got. I have never gone there and my order be correct the first time. It's like the only requirement they have for hiring is the employees have to be incompetent, I am just disappointed a store can get this way.

Possibly one of the worst Dunkie locations i have been to, so far. The staff (two teenagers, one of which appeared to be strung out on something) had a difficult time communicating in full sentences/words (the response i got when i asked the young man how he was doing: "good ::mumbles something:: or i dont know...something"). When asked if they had bagels, we were told they had all kinds...then when ordering a multi grain we were told they didnt have that... The young man and the young lady were arguing about who was busier and when we received the bagel we ordered, it was raw and had about 4 inches of cream cheese. All in all...a fairly crappy visit.
