DO NOT COME TO THIS DUNKIN ON WEEKEND MORNINGS, ESPECIALLY IN SPRING/SUMER/FALL. Expect to wait 20+ minutes, even just for a coffee. This is true of both walk in and drive thru.
This Dunkin is consistently understaffed, undertrained, and without the supplies that they need. They are constantly out of products, and the employees often complain of broken or non-functioning equipment.
The coffee and food is either spot on or is some of the worst I’ve had. Sandwiches are either cooked to perfection or burnt to a crisp. The store runs out of popular bakery items by 9 AM many days it seems.
The staff are always friendly, kind, and nice, but they can only fill in so much when it seems like ownership and management constantly let them down.
I’ve lived in the area for 5 years now, and it’s been like this since at least then.

The made the coffee correctly thankfully but LITERALLY watched the girl pick a couple hash browns off the FLOOR and put them in the toaster .......
It's a great little Dunkin in a gas station. There are a few tables to sit at to eat. Staff is always friendly and service is usually spot on. When they get busy, things get rough but it's usually pretty steady.

This place has got to be they slowest Dunkin Donuts of all. 3 cars in line me being the 3rd car and it takes over 20 minutes just to be able to place your order. Corporate Dunkins needs to look at this stores drive thru times, it's totally unacceptable.

I did an online order, so I was stuck at that point. I sat in the drive through line for over 30 minutes. Never doing this again. No easy way to cancel the order in the app either. So you are pretty much their prisoner. Such bad service.
