My partner and I are in the process of moving to the area and were excited to see a little hole-in-the-wall diner right down the street from us, and it didn’t disappoint! I certainly wouldn’t go here looking for a fancy gourmet omelet or avocado toast, but if you want a good, simple, CHEAP breakfast this is clearly the place to go. For a combined $26 INCLUDING tax and a tip, we got a basic breakfast plate each including some combination of eggs/potatoes/toast/bacon/coffee along with a single slice of French toast to share, and it was plenty of food for the price. Service was good, it appears that there are just two women working there— one cooking, one serving, and while it certainly wasn’t busy when we went they handled everything very quickly and pleasantly. The place itself is super dated and could use some sprucing up, but honestly that’s part of the charm in my opinion. Breakfast here was like a pleasant trip in a time machine back to my childhood, and I would definitely go again for a quick bite or an affordable outing with some friends.

Can't believe we waited so many years to go back. Now that we've found it again, it's our only breakfast stop. Incredible food at an incredible price. Not a week goes by where my daughter doesn't ask about going. She said the home fries are her therapy food! The local chatter is always a good listen and the coffee is always hot and fresh.

Great place for breakfast. The waitress was friendly and pleasant. The service was outstanding. We had a veggie omelette, pancake and French toast and everything tasted great and in perfect quantity. The prices were low which is a nice thing.It had limited seating and we were lucky to not have any wait time but by the time we started leaving, the parking was almost full and there are people waiting. Also note that they won’t accept credit or debit cards, so be prepared with cash.
Delicious old-school diner food cooked to order. I have gone three times now and the food is always hot and fresh! The homefries are quite possibly the best I've had in years - the potatoes are boiled, sliced, and fried flat with butter on the grill. Crispy exterior, soft buttery potato in the middle. The bread for toast and muffins are homemade. We've had the same waitress the past three visits and she was great - welcoming and attentive. Cash only. I highly recommend Greg's Place!
