Great place to stop for all things blueberry, including an interesting history of the wild blueberry industry in Washington County, ME. They have fresh blueberry pies, ice cream and many preserved jams, spreads, sauces, etc, plus blueberry themed items.

I love it. So many fun activities to do and there's a ton of stuff you can learn.
Kid-friendliness: Great for children with all they can do.

It is a "berry" cheesy roadside attraction that on the outside appears a bit dated & worn, however inside, the blueberry pie is scrumptious!! Id say worth the stop, in order to see America's largest roadside blueberry.

Sadly, nothing really exciting. We were looking forward to try a pie until reading the previous review. We still visited and discovered it was indeed a frozen pie from Canada and not baked locally. We were able to get some blueberry jam from Maine.

Yes the place sold 2 years ago. It's sadly not what it once was. Never the less it is a very good spot for those coming in from a different state to learn some history of the blueberries and understand how they are cultivated. The pies are not close to what they once were but the store has been doing this for atleast 2 if not 3 yrs now. Times do change.
This little gem is an absolute wonder if you're into hyper-specific bits of local history! They have quite a few small exhibits, showing things ranging from how wild blueberries are farmed, to what the blueberries themselves have to offer for you! Their little gift shop is also wonderful, filled with things from post cards and state specific coin purses, to popcorn and pottery made by people in the local area! Although there is a 20 dollar limit for cards, I can assure you that there's definitely enough things to get for that amount. I didn't try any of the food made by them here (although it looked lovely) but I probably will when I stop by before I leave the state. (P.S, I never got the employee's name, but the girl who rang us up was incredibly sweet. Extra points for great customer service.)

Wasn't nothing fancy just a small museum showing how harvesting blueberries has changed over the years. Has a small gift shop, and chocolates.

Tourist trap.
8oz blueberry spread is $14 each. $14. For blueberry jelly at the source of blueberry jelly. Fool me once…

I’ve been coming to Wild Blueberry Land to buy blueberry pies for about 18 years. Up until this year, the pies were baked right there or you could purchase frozen unbaked ones to bring home and bake. They were fabulous. Well this year that all changed-and not for the better-I might add! The pies are now made & baked in Canada and are shipped frozen to Wild Blueberry Land and they are TERRIBLE!!! The crust is tasteless, thick, &dry. And to top it off-the sales person had the nerve to tell me the pies are baked right down the road at the blueberry farm, (as if I couldn’t see the “made in Canada” in big letters right on the label?) At $24/pie this is such a disappointment. I travel from Bangor, Maine to Columbia Falls, Maine just to buy blueberry pies at Wild Blueberry Land. Never again-they’ve lost my business. The worst blueberry pie ever!
