I brought my family here for their regular breakfast hours after Alex and Lindsay absolutely blew us away with a private dinner tasting. Lovely spot to eat breakfast. My family greatly enjoyed the food. The servers were attentive and polite, and the dining room was beautiful. I had the blueberry crumble waffle special, and it was just delightful.
Lindsay's at Cornish Inn is a wonderful gourmet restaurant with unique takes on traditional favorites. Eggs Benedict with Corned Beef Hash and home fries is outstanding! Lindsay's also has a great Monte Cristo sandwich with perfect french toast, delicious cheese, and apple slices. The hamburger is gourmet level. Steak tips sandwich is very tasty. Everything on the menu is expertly done.

Loved everything about our stay at the Cornish Inn! The hospitality and warmth from the staff throughout our stay was so wonderful and appreciated. Our room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The inn is from the 1800s, and they've done a beautiful job at maintaining the antiquity in a modern way. It was so cool to hear the church bells and look out our bedroom window to see the picturesque street below. Breakfast at Lindsay's was also delicious! We plan to return...read full review
