Absolutely awful. Buffalo chicken wrap came and when i opened it, it was straight water. Absolutely disgusting, who doesn’t love to see water drop out of their “fresh” food!

Glad I took the back way out of portland, great food, friendly people, will definitely be back for sure, maybe bring some people with me. keep up the great work and don't change a thing.

I’ve come here for many years and have always enjoyed the pizzas I get. However last night I opened my pizza up to find a piece of chopped green pepper in the box. No big deal right? I started eating when we discovered a tortilla chip under a slice. I jokingly said to my boyfriend “I wonder what’s going to be under the next slice?” To my surprise, it was chicken! If it were just the pepper, or just the chip, whatever, but to have three entirely different items make it into the pizza box almost seems like it was a joke on me. Either someone’s playing a prank, or your pizza boxes are stored in a sub par location. Either way, when people order a pizza they want a pizza, not a side of loaded nachos too.

If they mess up your food you'll end up paying for it. usually a solid choice for average food, but today I got served up subpar customer service. order two items. one had a special request of no olives. pickup order. delivered to the hungry person at home waiting by me. they open it. there's olives on there. no olives thing. they can't have olives. I call asked if that he made me another one. they say yes, that's the end of the call. I go to pick up replacement sandwich and I'm asked for the money to pay for it or the sandwich that was messed up. I didn't bring it cuz they didn't tell me to and I wasn't about to add another 20-minute round trip to this simple favor I was doing on the way home. so I paid the man and walked away feeling like he doesn't understand customer service in the food service industry. oh well, you lost another local, for the cost of a sandwich you initially did not make correctly.

Awesome food and been a favorite place of mine for most of my life. Lately seems like some little stuff has been slipping. Just ordered a pie tonight for dinner and got home to find that it was never cut. Was gonna be a pizza for the road so I was definitely glad I had to make a stop at home or we would have had to eat the pizza like savages lol. Not a huge deal just hoping to see you guys tighten the standard a little bit.

Worst food I have had in a long time!! Ordered cheese pizza and buffalo chicken tenders. The pizza a large but very small in the box was dry hardly any sauce and the cheese was like rubber, the chicken tenders no better greasy no sauce and very chewy, and the price 40 bucks!! Ridiculous it used to be our fav pizza place I hear they switched owners very disappointed ?

Phenomenal food, excellent customer service. Consistently one of the best places around. You will be hard pressed to find anyone making better food in this area. A little on the pricy side, but WELL worth eating here.
