Service royally sucks & your new intercom is faulty & thanks for starting my Christmas holiday week Monday out with a terrible taste in my mouth for Dunkins. You may have ruined me & my family for ever stopping at this Dunkin Donuts again, the service was so poor. Your new intercom failed to work & 16 cars backed up behind me waiting to order at 7:30 in the morning. After an on-break employee came out for a smoke break and said the system was new & wasn’t working, I moved my vehicle up, gave my order when he said it was working & still received no response through the intercom. Other ppl in my car witnessed the something was definitely wrong with the order intercom. So we moved up at the direction of the employee on break to the pick up window. At the window, a sullen and nasty window attendee confronted me, told me the system wasn’t working properly and then did a horrible job providing me with any service or selling me any Dunkin Donuts today. I left without getting anything and I have to wonder about all the cars backed up behind me.i hope your Dunkin corporate leaders enjoy this awesome review of the terrible service at a location that doesn’t seem to lack for business or employees, but appears to be run by the worst of them..

I’m absolutely disappointed and disgusted about why I ran into today with Dunkin. I asked for an extra large peppermint hot chocolate and this is what I was given??! Really a disappointment for paying $18 sum for 2 xl drinks and 25 munchkins for a drink I get to be a medium. Do better.

I thought the food was hot and fresh but the service was pretty slow and their kiosk is messed up it doesnt process when your clicking it and it doesnt apply the discounts for the 6 dollar meal so i paid way more then i should have and and the drinks weren't made right even with a upcharge on the drink that i never even wanted

I have no complaints about the Service just that the bagels I ordered were tho most horrible bagels,I've ever had! I ordered them toasted well done with extra cream cheese, and they came out barely warm with packages of cream cheese for the extra cream cheese, not extra cream cheese put on the bagel like they usually do in all the other Dunkin' Donuts put 2 tiny packages of cream cheese on the side. So I had to pull my bagel apart and put more cream cheese on it. And I ordered bagel bites, well done toasted that were barely warm and the cream cheese was cold in the middle. They must have been thrown in the microwave for 30 seconds. Not even if that like They were doughy, and just nothing was good. It was the most horrible meal. I've ever had in my whole life.

They close at seven and we came around 6:50 but the intercom said they were closed even though there was 10 minutes left. I checked the website and it said that location was supposed to be open.

Not the dunking donuts I grew up with, limited selection on donuts the employees are more interested in the drive thru and online orders than customers in the store
Dunkin Damariscotta needs a total overhaul. Between facilities and staff, it’s not worth the 20 minutes it takes to get 2 low/no prep items. First of all, the ancient ordering system is so quiet, you can’t hear the mumble of the miserable sounding staff inside. When you finally get to the window, the child standing there just stares at you. No greeting. No words at all, in fact, the entire time. And then the order was wrong. No surprise there. The only other time I was here and ordered my kids a breakfast sandwich, they were burnt to a blackened crisp. I will not be back. Do not recommend.
My daughter went through the drive through for breakfast and was rudely waited on by Sandra Wallace. She did NOT greet her in a friendly manner and did NOT thank her for her order, instead turned her back toward her until she drove off. Rude and unacceptable behavior for anyone who is supposed to be in a manager status.
