I go there every single night but for the last 3 day I've had problems with the service and quality of my food raw chicken and no sauce on my mc crispy i will not be returning to this location and will be writing a formal letter to the head branch of McDonald's this location night shift workers are very slow and rude and can not cook the food fully or package it right and it's sloppy missing half of what it needs and on top of all this they are always asking what my order was even when I'm the only one around I give this location a zero stars and a 1% for night shift

Prices keep going up, while food quantity goes down. Got a quarter pounder with bacon, large fry and medium shake $19.76. I had to wait on the burger also. :(

I placed my order through the app at 10:04am for breakfast because I know that they stop serving at 10:29am. I placed the order for in store pickup and headed out. I live about 30 minutes away. I get the confirmation in app and via email. I walk through the door at 10:35am and my mobile order isnāt waiting at the counter. At 10:36am I get an email saying my order was cancelled because of a day shift change (going from breakfast to lunch.) Awesome. They didnāt even make my food and said that the order never came through, but donāt worry, Iāll be refunded. Every time you pull up to a McDonalds drive thru to order there is a pre recording reminding you to have your app ready and then the cashier asks you about it also. Evidently the app pointless unless you order from their parking lot. Thanks for screwing up my morning, McDonalds.

The manager there Jennifer powers I think she said her name was, was outstanding ! Great custom service with a smile every time. I know fast food isnāt always the easiest job and iv seen how some customers treat fast food workers and when you have a hard dedicated staff like Jennifer it makes good customer come back.

The restaurant was short staffed and not too worried it. I waited 15 minutes for drive thru after I paid and had to go inside to get it. The food was cold when I ate it in the car. Very disappointing.

Everytime I come here they always mess up my order weather itās the sauce or the food itās rly rediculous they charge 15$ for a basic meal and screw it up everytime not to mention I always ask for extra bbq sauce and I always get sweet and sour or no extra sauce im sick of these people messing up orders owner needs his franchise taken away from him running a store with such few employees anyways sick of it all around crappy experience
