Great atmosphere, wonderful photographs of trains, blooming onion appetizer is incredible to look at and even better to eat! Staff is welcoming and attentive. Vintage feel, affable cook, excellent sandwiches, reasonable prices, full bar (we had martinis) — go there!

Food was absolutely amazing. My parents used to bring us here as kids. Glad my kids enjoyed as much as I did ! Thanks! Great prices.

Whenever I come home to visit my mom this is usually where we end up going out to eat. The portions are huge and freshly made, especially the seafood. The waitresses are very nice and attentive, and make sure to keep your drinks filled. The prices are a little high.. but that's to be expected as most places have gone up. But it's still my favorite restaurant in Damariscotta and in the Midcoast Maine area! I highly recommend coming here.

Bland, flavorless cooking. They manage to screw up even the fried dishes!
It is so cozy, the service is excellent and the food is too! Lots to choose from, and reasonable prices!
We had an exceptional dinner here tonight. I had the fried oyster dinner. Fresh oysters perfectly bread and fried! Delicious! And then make an outstanding cole slaw. My wife had a fantastic baked stuffed haddock. Again, perfect! Our waitress was warm, attentive and efficient. We will DEFINITELY be back!! Thank you!
Great service, very friendly, and food was great. Got the senior meal and had plenty. Prices were reasonable.
The sandwiches are sooo good!

Everything was fine. Fried food (shrimp) was well cooked but uninteresting. Looked bland. Tasked ok. Seemed pricey for what it was.

My food was like... not seasoned. I just couldn't eat it. Husband's steak was the same. My mom really likes this place and they have good specials for seniors.
Server was great and attentive. She kept the root beer coming.
