This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I pulled in at 7:55 on Sunday just to go in and get a drink they saw my headlights and ran to the door to lock it. Every time I call to order a sandwich when I'm 5 minutes away to make it easier they tell me they can't take phone orders when other employees take them for me. The staff here is so rude, I wish there were more options. They hate having customers so I suggest not going here

It was very hot, and there was no AC. The lettuce was brown, veggies didn't seem fresh because of the heat. Staff was sweating with it rolling down their face ..not their fault...but it was awful. This subway was in Damriscotta...they need AC!

The place has went down hill hard. I normally don't review, but tonight I got the WORST sandwich I've ever gotten from there. When you pay $35 for sandwiches they should be made the way you ordered it. If the order says less you give LESS not MORE! My sandwich had so much mayo on it the bread was soggy before I even got it home. There was no meat at all even tho I ordered turkey & pepperoni, & don't even get me started on the bread! The last two times I've ordered online the sandwiches have not been right. I swear they do the complete opposite of what's actually on the order. Don't waste or time or money at this Subway.

We have ordered Subway here a few times, and this evening will be the last time we ever eat there. It's never been great, there is no consistency or quality control, but when I pay for extra turkey or extra toppings, I expect the extra toppings. No part of my order was correct today, how can you mess up cookies? All they have to do is read the order and put the cookies in a bag ? It's just been a downhill slide each time we go, Don't waste your money here,l. Do yourself a favor and get take-out anywhere else, but the Damariscotta subway.
Called for help with delivery and was asking what I could do regarding an order and just got hung up on. Called back and nobody answered for 15 minutes then answered and refused to give name and hung up again. Food never arrived. Refund never arrived. Staff horrible.

My son loves the churros here, but unfortunately the last 2 times we’ve gotten them they’re so hard he just about broke a tooth taking a bite. Not to mention I ordered online specifically no cheese on my sandwich and it’s like they loaded it with cheese as a joke. I tried calling but the phone number listed on Google is either the wrong number OR the employees answer and hang up. Get it together and maybe don’t leave your churros sitting out so long they’re inedible. They shouldn’t sell them at all if they can’t do quality control.
