Thanksgiving morning, the drive thru line was out to the street and the line inside was just as long. Everyone on staff was very pleasant and greeted us with smiles despite working on a busy holiday. Considering the lines, our food came out fast and it was well constructed and perfectly toasted. It hit the spot!
I remember about 5 years ago that I had a really bad experience with one of the staff members at this dunkin. HOWEVER, I decided to come back about a year back and have been coming back at least once a month (I hardly ever eat out). There must have been a change in employees because all of them have been so fantastic! The food and the coffee has been sooooo good and it feels comfortable coming here.
