Never met such rude people in my life.
I go pretty much daily but today I got the new cheese melt sandwich, there was no ham, suppose to come with black forest ham, and the cheese INSIDE the sandwich was burned. Unacceptable. And this is the most expensive Dunkin around. My snakin bacon use to be warmed when first came out, no it is cold - caked with cold grease.

Dunkin' offers excellent chorizo wraps and the best coffee grounds. Despite some hit or miss customer service, the coffee is top-notch. However, there might be occasional disappointments like running out of cranberry orange muffins. Make sure to check your order as some employees may not get it right, but the coffee is worth it.
