My wife and I heard about Mooseshack from our neighbors and stopped by for lunch today. The menu selections are excellent and our meals were delicious. The folks working there are friendly and welcoming and the rustic Maine atmosphere is a joy to be in. Without hesitation we highly recommend Mooseshack. You won't be disappointed.

Mooseshack is a unique, warm, and friendly place in the Millennocket area. The food is absolutely amazing, fantastic, and terrific. Specific meals like the reuben sandwich, Swiss mushroom burger, house steak and cheese wrap, and poutine fries are called some of the best ever had. The wings are very good, even to die for. Fish fry night all you can eat and taco night are popular. Food comes out quick with great portions. The staff is awesome, friendly, and the best around, providing good service. The owner is also noted as friendly. The place has a cool atmosphere with pool and pickleball inside, and an outdoor BBQ in summer. It is a MUST try, though it gets PACKED on Fridays and Saturdays.
