I'm not a coffee drinker but I do like their frozen hot chocolate it is really good. My mom likes the frozen coffee. What can I say this country definitely runs on Dunkins

Not sure what's going on with this Dunkins. 2 years ago it was my favorite, they always got orders right, the staff was pleasant, the store was clean. Now Im lucky if they get my order right, the staff on occasion has been rude about me mentioning my order is wrong, and when I went into the store it was visibly dirty. Management take notice customers are noticing the downward spiral!
Updated to even lower because they are always out of everything!

The fact that people come on here and are so negative kills me. Dunks has new employees they are training so if your drink got made wrong take that into consideration. Check your food and drinks before you leave the store because mistakes are made even by the most perfect people and stickers get read wrong or the wrong item may have been given to you by mistake. Have some consideration for people who work in the food industry they deal with a lot of negative attitudes

I asked for a large frozen holiday cookie drink, which I get at least four times a week. They brought me out a large holiday cookie ICED drink in a HOT COFFEE CUP! Which is more than half the size smaller then a latte cup! So then he brought it back and she made the same exact drink ICED in a latte cup. So okay, you got the cup, right This time, but you still got the drink wrong. Then he goes to tell me.We don't make that in a frozen drink. I have gotten that drink frozen from 5 other Dunkin Donuts. For the last month and a half. It was the worst customer service.

I ordered 3 drinks. I will not get into detail but one of them was a large hot chocolate. I got a large hot black coffee, this has happened twice this week and I’m disappointed
—— Update this is from 1 week later and I went again. I paid 4.85$ for a medium vanilla bean Coolata and after I paid I gave them the change into their tip jar, I waited about a minute then they told me they don’t have the items to make a coolata and asked if I wanted anything else, I asked for a hot chocolate and they gave me a medium with whipped cream which I did not ask for, and I think most people know that they add less hot chocolate so the whipped cream could fit.. the hot chocolate was 3$. I might be overreacting because it’s only 2 dollars but they didn’t even consider a refund horrible customer service. The drink was alright.

Ordered 2 bacon and egg wake up wraps. CANT HAVE CHEESE. paid $8 to get 2 egg and cheese wake up (tossed them) but had wraps with no bacon and barley anything in the wrap. But I apparently should of check the reviews first because seems like this place has nothing but problems. You're welcome for the free $8 .

When I walked into the Eliot, Maine Dunkin the manager was shoving a bagel in her mouth and even set it down on the counter where customers food sits! My order Frozen coffee....no frozen coffee Frozen hot chocolate instead no whip cream Med hot 6 cream NO SUGAR Med Strawberry Dragon fruit refresher....They were out of that too! Instead I got the kiwi one I went in there for Kcups ....shelves were empty of those....not one flavor! While I'm ordering the manager (she is dressed different than all the rest) is dropping the F bomb every other word! ? A few seconds later the manager pulls her phone out and shows other employees something and continues her f bombs while laughing! Paid $28 (I also ordered food they got all that right) I get my order and can't wait to get out of there My hot coffee has sugar so I had to say something cuz I cannot have sugar in my coffee. The Frozen hot chocolate had whipped cream....I just took it and didn't have them fix it. I was about to leave and I noticed I didn't have the kiwi drink....I just wanted to go.....I asked for the drink and the manager said "you weren't charged for it so you need to pay first" How would she know....she didnt take my order...thank God I was the only customer my receipt was just sitting in the printer .....I already paid as I suspected and they made the drink and I got OUT OF THERE! Horrible place .....don't even bother stopping .....I think I know why that place was EMPTY!!!! Also the women's bathroom was completely out of order ? What is going on here???????????

Everytime I come here there’s always some issue with my order. Either something missing, wrong size or cold food. Every. Single. Time. Today I got a ham and Swiss crossaint and bacon strips and both were cold. This location needs serious help I’m not sure what it is
