Whil most other pizza places on Rt. 1 were either closing or not accepting orders late evening(7pm) we were lucky to find Charlie's Pizza still open taking orders. The pizza was freshly made, in fact we had reached early and saw the pizza being prepared. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza crust was just right. The owner was so friendly and also offered complimentary cookies when he learnt that the pizza order was for kids. I would highly recommend trying the all Veggie Pizza from here.

Had veg pizzas here and those where really fluffy and soft made fresh on location as soon as we ordered the taste of the pizzas where also awesome thank you and highly recommend this over regular pizza hut and stuff

Super nice guy, but sanitation and food was super subpar. We ordered 3 subs that were made withOUT gloves and all 3 had discolored meats. Tourist with only 1 experience but wasn’t great at all

Melvin made a thin crust bacon jalapeno small pizza for me it was absolutely delicious crunchy flavorful so good will always grab my pizza and Ellsworth from here
Good sub fresh veggies. It was delicious. Place was a bit run down tho kitchen looked like it needed a refresh. Less then $10 for a sub is a win in my book.

not the best atmosphere unless you like looking at some older arcade machines and the little cars you put a coin in.
The workers there provide great service every time and are straight to work , able to chat and work at the same time, they also have a great local following being the go too for many and even doing their own delivery no door dash needed.

Charlies is my go-to for pizza. The crust is always nice and fluffy and the toppings are always fresh..If there is ever an issue it has always been corrected. (Once my mom got a kinda burnt loaded pizza that he refunded.) Charlie himself is a great guy.Not many businesses have made it as long as he has and that says a lot about his pizza.10/10 will continue to get my pizza from Charlie as long as ellsworth is lucky enough to have him.I only have the photo from my grandmother's 97th birthday lunch. All she wanted was charlies pizza and it did not disappoint.
