Chicken Wings in Ellsworth

“Not a good experience!! We were seated quickly. We ordered lunch specials of personal pan pizza, salad bar, drink and an order of wings. Food was ok. Service was terrible! No refills offered. When we received our bill, it was not correct. When we called their attention to it, it took 3 people staring at the receipt…but they did nothing. It was a bizarre experience. I had to add up our purchase for them. They were not helpful, stood around as if they couldn’t figure out what to do, tried to convince us the “bill was right but the machine just added it funny”….all o can say is something “funny” was going on there. Complete lack of professionalism and service. I cannot recommend this Pizza Hut.“

“Shauna is exceptional. We came in for a quick lunch stop while on a road trip with our baby and Shauna totally made our day. She was incredibly friendly and helpful and was so sweet with our son, she even came out from behind the counter to bring us extra napkins when our son was getting applesauce all over his face while trying to eat it LOL. A lot of places we have historically eaten out at haven’t been super kid friendly but we felt so welcomed with our little kiddo today at this stop and it really warmed our hearts. Thank you Shauna for going the extra mile and for your kindness!!!“

“K1, all thighs, original recipe is what I always order, with Cole slaw, been a long time since I've been to KFC. The price of this meal has nearly doubled, was $5 for a long time, now it's $9+, but compared to other fastfood chains, right in line price wise, everything has increased in price.“
