man i’m sorry i think the staff are probably trying their best (maybe) but 20 minutes for a 8 plain cheese quesadilla is BANANAS. crazy. get it together.
I placed a mobile order for a chicken wing meal and came in about 15 minutes later to pick it up. I told them my name and that I was there for a mobile order. They said they would let me know when it was done. I waited there for about 30 minutes before going to ask. Turns out my food had been ready for awhile but they didnt tell me even though I was sitting right in the lobby in plain view of the counter.
