Slow unorganized 17minutes to get a cup of coffee poor management
I have been going to Dunkin’s for better than 40 years, and I love it. I am not too sure about this new mobile only ordering thing though. I was at a Dunkin’s in ellesworth me, and the only way to order was through the mobile app. Which is not a big deal for me, but I wonder about people that don’t have smart phones, or are older and not comfortable with technology. Seems that they are being excluded from being serviced. That feels wrong.
They had eight employees working and not one person on the register. On top of that, it took those eight people over twenty minutes to fill a mobile order. I have worked in restaurants myself and this horrible service is not the employees fault. It’s poor training and pitiful management. You should be able to fully handle a small Dunkin Donuts with half of that staff or at the most six people. And I mean be fully open with registers.
