They had gluten free waffle cones! And vegan ice cream. It’s been a while since my wife could have chocolate ice cream in a waffle cones and she says it was delicious. I got the dulce de leche (not dairy free) and it was really good!

Coconut ice cream was dope! Sevice was a little too slow but they had like 2 workers..Cutting some slack. If ever in the area. Great people and ice cream!

Delicious shakes!

When they're not busy they have some of my favorite ice cream, especially soft serve which is tough to find done well, and millionaire's shortbread that is a dense little snack.

I am a complete ice cream snob and I have to say that this is among the top 5 ice creams I’ve ever tasted. My wife and I were so impressed by this place we are planning a trip to Maine specifically to go back (we live in NYC). This is the real deal - creamy, smooth, flavorful but not too sweet. Hats off to the owners and looking forward to being back soon!

They had us at “homemade”! Homemade ice cream, homemade hot fudge and homemade crafted drinks. So glad we stopped in! Ice cream flavor choices were very interesting! Server was very sweet and friendly. Everything tasted fresh and delish. Also grabbed a homemade whoopie pie which was also very soft and fresh. Definitely recommend!

Closed on a Sunday, are you crazy! Maybe you should try and hire someone to run the shop on your days off.

After a long day of hiking in Acadia National Park, what nicer reward than delicious ice cream? If you agree, Morton's Moo is for yoo. Why brave the traffic and crowds in Bar Harbor when the best ice cream is right here in Ellsworth on your way home? On this visit I had a sugar cone with one scoop of Pumpkin Chocolate Chip and another of Nana's Ginger, both exquisite. Server Anasofia was friendly and helpful. Owner Molly explained that they still use the original owner's classic recipes while adding a few new ones. (If it ain't broke, don't fix it--eat it!)
