Lots of good stuff but a bit packed in. Very polite & helpful staff too. Lovely & quality items in this store. It's not really handicap accessible. Stairs to get in and out. And aisles are not wide enough for walkers or wheelchairs.

Rooster bros has some of the best kitchen goods & coffee supplies. I truly love shopping here for quality products.
What I DON’T love is the horrible customer engagement. Every-time I come into this store I feel extremely uncomfortable by the staff (one in particular that has a dog & flower tattoo on her forearm, Brig?) always lacking basic friendliness and kindness. I wouldn’t typically share this loaded feeling but it happens every single time I shop here.
I try not to write bad reviews for local businesses but I am so sick of the way I’m treated in there. No greeting, zero acknowledgment with the exception of your total when checking out. The lack of proper customer service will be the demise of this place. I will likely discontinue shopping here 👎🏻
Felt like a kid in a candy store!!! Fantastic variety of everything you need for cooking and kitchen upstairs and wonderful selections of honey, tea wine etc downstairs! My new favorite store. The customer service was just as amazing! Love this place!!
