They’re amazing curated specialty HomeGoods and some international foods. Great selection of wine. Only place within like 100 miles or something that I could find a chemex lol.

Great kitchen store, well worth the visit.

Went in looking for a kitchen torch . The one I ended up with looks like a glorified crack lighter . Lol . Just wasn't the stainless steel that I was looking for . The kitchenware and food / wine department never let me down . Overall it's a good store . Wish I had called though before making the drive . Completely my fault .

Such a seriously important place to me, my family my clients, my co-workers... we are preparing to...GRIEVE. We don’t want to!! We want you to continue ; to be, as you have so faithfully been, the place of so much comfort and real satisfaction. We need you. I don't say that lightly. You've been a beloved part of our lives. Beloved!!❣️

Amazing store. Literally anything you need for specialty cooking equipment. Beautiful decorative touches too. Could literally spend all day here quite happily. Cookbook selection extraordinarily good.

Can’t say much about the place. We stopped in because we thought they were a coffee shop. Instead, it’s just self serve drip coffee but they do have coffee beans they can grind for you. The part of the visit that gives it 2 stars was the employees, and I assume the owner? There was an older senior gentleman that was making awkward comments to the female employees. You could tell they felt uncomfortable. In return, one of the women working the counter/stocking was getting short with a customer as we left. They all seemed too busy to help out or want to help customers. Though if I worked for the older gentleman I would be crabby too.

smells great there. anything I've ever purchased there has been wonderful. you can get stuff there - like loose tea - that you can't get anywhere else

So much great quality cookware and accessories. If you've got a cook in the family, or want to deck out your kitchen, this is such a great place to visit. They've got a really really great selection of knives too. I'll never go back to cheap department store knives again

As other critical reviews have noted, customer service is not the priority at Rooster Brother. The shop is charming and full of great finds, albeit somewhat pricey. That’s not even my complaint, though. The staff is extremely unfriendly and does not like to be asked questions, especially if you do not look like their typical clientele, as I do not. I did not feel welcome after asking for an item (that was in stock, just not on the sales floor) and left as soon as possible after making my purchase. I’ve shopped here several times and brought other people here, but I don’t think I’ll return or recommend again in the future. Disappointed and still upset by my experience.

A wonderful place to shop for cookware. They have a great Deli and a wide range to selection for any kitchen project. A must stop when in Ellsworth. The staff are always very helpful.

While the store had much to offer, the sales person who advised us on wine was not. I requested a table wine that was NOT dry and not too sweet. The sales woman handed me a bottle and said “This one is perfect for what you want!” It was some of the driest wine I’ve ever tasted. If you don’t know wine, don’t advise it!
