This is a good place to come for Indian style food. The food has great flavors and very modern style look. The service was great too was seated within seconds of coming in. Food came out hot and fast. Would recommend coming here early tho as it is a popular local spot.

We tried Serendib in Ellsworth for lunch today and it was a smash hit. The samosas with chutney were delicious, and our butter chicken was perfectly cooked and flavorful. The standout for us was the Sri Lankan beef curry. It was fantastic, tender and with a variety of spices that made me ask for a recipe. Delicious food and good service.

We had lunch here today and it was delicious… samosas appetizer, Sri Laken curry with lamb meatballs, tandoori chicken, and beet salad side dish. We are camping in Sullivan, about a half hour drive away, and will be returning for another meal before we head home. Wish there was a restaurant like this where we live in NC!
