This place has some of the best sushi I’ve had in Maine. The waitress was attentive but not overbearing, the atmosphere was nice but not uncomfortable, and the food was wonderful. They made a great mojito as well. For the quality of the food, the prices were very reasonable, a great find in an area of Maine that can otherwise be so expensive.
The Mongolian beef is my go-to here. It never disappoints. The beef is tender, not chewy. The onions, green onions, and shallots are fried to perfection, and the excellent sauce brings it all together. The only thing I'd like to see added is offering plain white rice on the online menu. I always like extra rice so I can warm it up with the beef later on, which is an excellent leftover meal as well.
This was an amazing experience! The service was wonderful the food was good. The portions were generous. And it was sisters birthday so they brought out a candle cake and macaroons!
