Thai-Conic is a clean and tidy place in Ellsworth. The food is flavorful and not overpowered by salt or seasonings. The menu is large with noodle dishes, fresh rolls, veggie soup, crab rangoon, chicken satay, red curry, curry, Tom Kha Soup, Tom Yum, Sweet and Sour soup, wonton soup, pho and fried rice. The curry and red curry are excellent and the chicken satay comes with coconut peanut sauce. The crab rangoon are the best ever tried. The vegetables in the red curry are tender and not too crispy. Service is fast, friendly and professional. The staff are kind, attentive and work hard. A private dining room and a nice digital fireplace give a nice mood for work meetings. Some dishes may be spicy, so ask for spiced modestly. The soups are highly recommended. The place is very pleasant and eager to provide quality food for local residents and Acadia tourists. Overall the experience is excellent and unique.
