First,vthet don't have a counter service, second, after completing the kiosk order, the credit card machine was out of order, so I couldn't complete my order that way either. Worst Wendy's ever. Bathrooms were dirty. Men's bathroom light didn't work, and it was flooded. Horrible.

Part of the nightcrew road construction here and I'd like to show up with a 1/2 hour to spare, but you know, they like to tell me that they're closed so they either need to update their hours or tell the employees that are working there to actually do their job.

How hasn’t this place been shut down when it’s so dirty? It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks. I was grossed out eating here and felt like I might get food poisoning. The floors were sticky and dirty, windows had hand prints all over them, ketchup was empty, counters were gross and unclean, soda machine looks like it’s never been wiped down. Someone should send an inspector to this restaurant if the kitchen is anything like the dining room. I will never eat here again.

Comically bad. Bar Harbor restaurants apparently roll up their carpets around 8 or 9, so this was one of the very few places left open to catch a late bite. Went as a group of 4 adults. Only one person's order was correct. One of us actually had to open their sandwich and swap with a stranger to have the correct item. I didn't realize until far too late that my sandwich wasn't even the same meat (I ordered chicken, and wound up with a bacon cheeseburger which went in the garbage).

We stopped here on our way back from Bar Harbour and the staff are nice but the restaurant is so dirty! The doors were hard to open, dirt and food and wrappers under the tables, the ketchup dispenser was clogged with dry ketchup and the kitchen area was also disgusting. Refusing to eat here again
