We grew up in Long Island NY, lived in Maine for 35 yrs. Driving by, I read the NY style sign, then I see a woman in the window holding a folded slice of pizza and ready to take a bite! I then see, sold by the slice! OMG, we turned around and went in. Delicious, thin crust pizza pies staring at me from the case, we bought two slices! the oil gracefully flowed from the folded corner, in Heaven we thought!
