Portion sizes are huge which is nice. You could feed 2-3 off one meal.
Now if we're talking food quality - it's very Americanized. Tso's chicken, which is Americanized to begin with, isn't even spicy here and could use some veggies. Other dishes were also lacking seasoning, pad Thai is way too sweet, etc.
It's pretty much what I should expect from a small town Maine Chinese place but the high rating threw me for a loop.

The Chicken noodles soup was made with lomein noodles, so there wasn't a lot of broth. It tasted good too many noodles& meat to broth ratio. . And there was way too much chicken & the size the general Sao Chicken. the soups are one of my favorite appetizers, but I won't order this one again. The broth was good over my white rice, so I might try the soup broth with no chicken& just white rice next time.

I think this is the best Chinese food you can get in Waterville. I've only gotten takeout so I can't speak for the dine-in experience, but the food is always excellent (love their crab rangoons, egg rolls, and pork fried rice especially). The staff and the counter is always very kind when I pick my food up. Service has been quick the times that I have gone. Plus their daily specials are always a great deal. Love this place!

Will be in will be in the area every Thursday this was the first Thursday we had ventured and stumbled across the best Chinese food I've ever had the egg roll was the best one ever the crab rangoons actually had stuffing the service was amazing chatting us up I love absolutely everything about this place fortune cookies were even on a different level!!!
