Got ribs and some beef brisket with Mac n cheese, corn bread and pickles. It was all really good and tender, will definitely be coming back. The sauce and pickles were big favorites

I stopped in for my first time and I was met by owner Michael pulling a big beautiful tray of ribs off the smoker. The smell was glorious and as I waited impatiently for my friend to arrive my mouth was watering! I had to try those ribs! The smell was so good I had to get a full rack with the thought of leftovers already on my mind! My friend ordered pulled pork on cornbread and we both loved the coleslaw! I've never had coleslaw reimagined in this way! No mayo? Pineapple?? It great! So refreshing! My friend was begging to buy it in bulk!
The ribs were very flavorful with a nice dry rub. They are not wet, sauce is provided on the side. They were Very juicy and cooked to perfection! I really enjoyed them and again warmed up in the over as leftovers. Many regulars rolled in after us who were singing the praises having come back season after season. Thank you Michael!

Run by a retired BBQ master, Fri, Sat, Sun only, starts serving at noon until sold out, which is usually 6pm or 7pm. Serving a simple variety of BBQ it's a great treat!
