Was charged for stuff that we didn’t even get drink doesn’t even taste like what it’s supposed to and the dude was a complete asshole handed me my card underneath the receipt so I couldn’t see it and didn’t grab it so it fell on the ground and then acted like I was a dickhead for grabbing it before I got the food Not pleased with service

This location is rocking it now (March 2025). Used to be a nightmare here with long lines, wrong orders and inept service. I used to avoid this location. Recently it’s really turned around and I have no hesitation going to this Dunkin!
The guy at the counter was super confused. He also didn't even spread the cream cheese on the bagel it was just a big ole glob in the middle of it..
One employee literally screamed at another and threw something????? Then shortly after two employees were like hugging and messing around. Very bizarre and uncomfortable experience.

The hash browns were more like smashed browns ...all smoothed and had a chemical cleaner taste...the sausage wrap was more thrown in the bag not neatly wrapped and over cooked...the iced coffee was good
