Friendly dude running the place. Great tour and a fun tasting afterwards. Wish we could have brought home some bottles.
My wife and I were fortunate to be able to take a tour with just us and Ned, one of the owner/distillers, in the afternoon. As an amateur brewer who is very interested in distillation, he gave us an incredibly detailed tour with cool historical notes. He also answered all my questions with thorough details. The tasting directly after the tour was lovely as well. They have some unique batches that are well worth the trip. I cannot recommend a stop here enough.
