Hardshore is really a tasting room, but it is a large space with a bar, scattered seating, and is open outdoors weather permitting. They serve a handful of snacks and cocktails made with their house-made spirits. They do have some beer and wine selections, not many. They moved into this larger space only recently, and it seems like they're trying to figure out how to use it. Came to Portland for a 3 day trip and ended up at Hardshore all 3 days. All of the cocktails on the menu were amazing and the staff is very hospitable. I can't recommend this place enough!

Let me start by saying I’ve personally visited over 200 distilleries and tasted literally thousands of sprits around the globe. Hardshore gin is without a doubt the best small batch gin produced in North America. Period! These guys know what they’re doing and can produce an amazing cocktail that will turn even non-gin lovers into fans. Huge kudos for getting it right!
