Allagash Brewing Company Reviews
certainly one of the best taplist I've ever drunk
We brought our soccer team over for a team kick-off party and couldn't have picked a better spot. The staff was so friendly and excited to see us, the food/drinks were delicious, and all our families said it was the perfect spot to gather. We'll definitely be back!
Carter and the allagash crew went above and beyond to make me and my wife feel very welcome at a place I've been wanting to visit for a long, long time. Amazing beer and equally amazing people. Keep up the great work, friends!

Allagash Brewing Company is a well-known Belgian-style beer brewery that has been crafting its products for many years. Visitors can enjoy their beer not only at the brewery but also through their food truck, which offers a tasty and reasonably priced lobster roll. The brewery has a large outdoor space with plenty of seating, and a rotating draft list of classic and specialty beers. The cellar tour is excellent, providing a mix of the brewery's history, beer, and special samples. The tour guides are friendly, answer questions, and share stories about the brewery’s process.
The brewery is famous for its Allagash White, which is included in the 4-5 tastings during the tour. Visitors can see the large bags of grain, the 24-hour brewing process, and the keg robot and bottling lines. The barrel house in the original brew building shows their focus on lambic-style and "coolship" beers. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, making guests feel comfortable. The Taste of Maine food vendor offers delicious options, including a Maine lobster roll, which is highly recommended.
The brewery also features outdoor games and a covered patio with fans for the summer months. Nearby, there are other breweries on Industrial Way, making it a craft beer destination. Visitors have enjoyed the variety of beers, such as the blueberry ale, honey tripel, and the iconic Allagash White. The food trucks provide tasty options like sandwiches and homemade Whoopi pies. There is also a gift shop with souvenirs and beer glasses to take home. Overall, Allagash Brewing Company offers a memorable experience for beer lovers and those looking to enjoy good food and outdoor space in Portland.
