Let's face it: McDonald's food is gross. But we all eat it occasionally because we are all so busy that we need something quick we can eat while driving to our next obligation. Especially with kids. The concentrated hyper caloric fat, sodium and sugar taste pretty good going down, but I always regret eating it when I feel slightly nauseous afterward.
