I was in the mood to try something new, I ended up ordering the southwest Chipotle steak and cheese. I asked for the sandwich to made as described in the menu no extras. I watched the person make my sandwich, clearly didn't know how to make it as she continued to turn around to look at the menu board. She asked if I wanted any veggies, I replied no, I want it exactly like the menu described nothing added. She even asked if I wanted it heated, well yeah it's steak and cheese. The counter person did not seem to be happy with her job. There was no greeting, she seemed to be miserable making my sandwich and didn't look at me or make any kind of eye contact at all. I got the Italian Herb & Cheese bread which was flavorless. The cucumbers looked like they had seen better days and I was questioning whether or not it was honey mustard or something else.

I cannot remember the two staff members names one was a store manger. But they were having a tough day. I ordered a meal online, it took a while but they were so sweet and kind. Helpful!! They deserve a raise for how well they handled a rough lunch rush! Amazing Job. Keep it up!!!
